GreekOS is used by Greek-letter organizations to run their chapters. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, and password (stored only as a hash).
• Membership details your organization records about you: chapter, status, positions, dues, grades, documents you sign, and messages you send within the platform.
• Technical details needed to run the service: IP address and browser for sign-in security, and an audit trail of significant actions.

How it is used

To operate your organization's workspace, to send you the emails the product needs to function (invitations, password resets, deadline reminders), and to keep accounts secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your organization's officers and national staff, according to the roles your organization assigns. Chapter members see a limited profile of one another. GreekOS staff access customer data only to provide support.

Payments

Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor and never stored by GreekOS.
